The price of each plan is the amount shown on the plan selection screen (tax included).

Payment method: credit card (processed by Stripe)

Payment timing: the first subscription fee is charged on the day you sign up for a paid plan. The contract then renews automatically, and the fee for the next period is charged on each renewal date. Renewal dates are as follows.

• Monthly plans: the day of each month corresponding to the sign-up date (in months that have no such day, the last day of that month; for example, if you sign up on the 31st, a month with only 30 days is charged on its last day)
• Annual plans: the day of each year corresponding to the sign-up date

The Free plan has no fees and requires no payment (no credit card registration is required either).

The Service is available for use immediately after you sign up.

You may cancel a paid plan at any time. After you complete the cancellation, you can continue to use the Service until the last day of the current billing period, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that period.

Fees already paid are not refunded except as required by law (no pro-rated refunds are given).

As for plan changes, a change to a higher plan (upgrade) takes effect immediately and the difference is charged, while a change to a lower plan (downgrade) takes effect from the next renewal date.
