Frequently asked questions

Q. Will respondents see an image CAPTCHA?

No. Cloudflare Turnstile completes its check in the background in almost every case, so respondents are not asked to pick images or solve puzzles. Only bots are blocked; real submissions go through smoothly.

Q. Can I catch duplicate applications from the same person?

Yes. Using fields such as email address or phone number as the key, matching submissions are detected and flagged automatically (Starter and above). Duplicates can be excluded when you export, saving triage time.

Q. Can I restrict a survey to my company network?

With IP restrictions (Pro and above) a form or page can be published only to specific IP addresses, such as your office network. Useful for internal surveys and request forms.
